4.1 Right to access information
You have the right to request, free of charge, what personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to request a copy of the record of personal information or a description of the personal information we hold about you. These requests need to be done in the correct format and manner as prescribed in the PAIA act.
You have the right to request the correction, updating or deletion of the personal information held by us. You can also request the destruction or deletion of a record of information held by us.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information, unless there is a legitimate legal basis, we need to continue to process your information (court order).
